Spotify Bookmarks

UX Design

Designed a bookmarking feature for Spotify audiobooks, focused on helping users save meaningful audio moments while multitasking. The flow was shaped to stay consistent with existing Spotify current interaction patterns and feature flows.

AI powered chatbot -

Architech

UI/UX Design

Selected for a mentorship program by Architech to work with developer and product mentees. Designed and evaluated a return/exchange chatbot experience under LLM and latency constraints. Focused on message clarity, fallback logic, and usability within a real product development setting.

Achievements

Led end-to-end UX for a return/exchange chatbot. Reduced response latency 95% by mapping flows around AI limitations. Improved task completion through usability testing and iterative copy, contrast, and micro-interactions.

Héritage Montreal

UI/UX Design

Redesigned the website of a non profit organization that has the largest collection of heritage assets in Canada. I focused on clarity, content prioritization, and usability. Also, I developed a visual language that feels both timeless and contemporary, reflecting the city’s architectural legacy without resorting to nostalgia.

Achievements

Improved clarity, accessibility, navigation, and content structure. Work was formally acknowledged and appreciated by the organization’s leadership team.
